Uncovering the Secret Room
This basement was hidden in an old house. With the original access having been from the street, as is typical for this architecture, I created an access from within the house. The work included, making the stairs, incorporating a drainage, making the concrete screed (chape) for the floor, laying the tiles to fit alongside the existing rock line.
The Attic Conversion
Transforming an unused attic into a guest bedroom. This project included adding insulation, plasterboard walls, installing a new vinyl floor, restoring the wooden beams.
