Creating Access to the Hidden Cellar
Originally, this hidden cellar could only be accessed from the street, as was common in many older Luxembourg homes. At some point, that entrance was sealed, leaving the cellar inaccessible. I created a new internal staircase, installed drainage, poured the concrete screed (chape), and laid the floor so it blended seamlessly with the existing rock walls.
The Attic Conversion
What started as an unused attic turned into a bright guest bedroom with restored timber beams and new plasterboard walls throughout. This project also included adding insulation & installing a new vinyl floor.
Apartment Renovation
As part of a renovation of an entire apartment, originally from the 1970’s; I installed the kitchen, tiled the backsplash, fixed and painted the walls, hung the lights and bathroom furniture.
